Keith Hileman

Keith Hileman is a Meta Performance™ Coach, Pastor/Theologian, and Director of Operations for Threaded and ThreadedCLE. With theological training from Dallas Theological Seminary and a background in engineering process development, he specializes in church health, organizational clarity, and culture development. For more than 30 years, Keith has pastored churches in Dallas and Cleveland, mentored seminary students and church planters, and trained pastors in East Africa with ALARM. A CQ® certified facilitator with Threaded and consultant with RunFree.co, he currently serves as Pastor/Theologian in Residence at Bridge City Church, a multiethnic ECO Presbyterian church plant in Cleveland.
