Dorena Williamson

Dorena Williamson is the bestselling author of nine children’s books, including The Story of Juneteenth, Crowned With Glory, and Brown Baby Jesus. As a longtime bridge-builder, Dorena brings her passion for diversity to conferences, churches, and schools. Her writing has been featured in Christianity Today and Barna.

In 1995, Dorena and her husband planted a multiracial church in Nashville where she serves as Pastor of Belonging. She and her family make their home in Smyrna, TN.
