Terri Freed

Terri Freed serves as Director of Hospitality at Garfield Memorial Church in Cleveland, Ohio. With a passion for helping newcomers find their place in ministry, she oversees the church’s Mingle Ministry, which focuses on creating a welcoming environment for first-time guests. Terri also serves as a Servant Ministry Consultant, connecting with and coaching individuals as they discern their “Sweet Spot” in ministry service. In addition to her work at Garfield, she leads hospitality training for churches and conferences across the country, equipping leaders with practical tools to cultivate cultures of warmth, welcome, and meaningful engagement.
