Cesar Evander

Cesar Evander is an applied cultural anthropologist and instructor at the Honors College at Florida International University in Miami. His research focuses on cross-cultural dialogues, with particular attention to multi-ethnic “border zones” and their influence on identity, interpersonal dynamics, and holistic well-being. Drawing from his expertise in anthropology and human experience design, Cesar examines how cultural narratives shape connection, creativity, and transformation in both local and global contexts. As an applied anthropologist, he collaborates with organizations across public and private sectors, providing research and strategic consulting to drive culturally attuned, empathy-driven change. His work bridges academic insight with practical impact, fostering inclusive environments that value diversity, narrative, and meaningful human connection.
