James Wafford III

James E. Wafford III has been leading worship since age 12 and became the first worship pastor of Mosaic Church (Little Rock, AR) in 2005. With extensive experience directing choirs, ensembles, musicians, and worship-based prayer, he brings depth and skill to worship leadership. A gifted vocalist, James has also performed opera with Praeclara, an Arkansas-based performing arts organization. He continues to serve as a Worship Pastor at Mosaic Church and is the founder of Catalyst Worship, a consulting group that equips and connects multiethnic, cross-denominational ministries and worship teams.
