Jason Davila

Jason Davila (D.Ed.Min., Southern Seminary) is committed to helping pastors and Kingdom leaders find success and joy in their life and ministry. He is a minister, Seminary professor and strategic consultant with varied experience in the local church and non-profit space. Jason has worked with churches and organizations in various contexts, denominations, and networks, including the Spanish-speaking global south. Additionally, he currently serves as the Director of MosaixSearch, and he enjoys helping churches intentionally diversify their staff teams.

Jason lives in Dallas with his wife, Heather, and they have three children. You can often find them exploring the city, listening to jazz or Broadway hits, playing games, and hanging out with friends.
