Justin Spann

Justin Spann is a worship and diversity professional with 20 years devoted to to worship ministry and diversity consultation. Beginning at a young age, he has been leading worship in a variety of diverse settings and is currently the Global Worship Pastor at Discovery Church in Orlando, Fl.

Justin served for almost a decade at a faith-based University in Ohio, pioneering a 250-person choir, overseeing multicultural and international student recruitment and engagement, and developing future worship pastors who are currently serving in churches across the country. He went on to Pastor in several churches and has served as a consultant for other ministries across the country. Justin’s passion for music and discipleship has allowed him to break barriers, bridge gaps and unify diverse congregations within the body of Christ.
