Justin Spann

Justin Spann is a worship and diversity professional with 20 years devoted to worship ministry and diversity consultation. He has been leading worship in a diverse setting from a young age. He pioneered a 250-person university choir and worked to develop future worship pastors at a faith-based university in Ohio. Justin went on to pastor in several churches and currently serves as a Worship Pastor in Florida and as a fractional Worship Pastor in Arkansas. In these roles, Justin uses music and discipleship to break barriers, bridge gaps, and unify the hearts of diverse congregations, focusing on edifying the body of Christ.
