Keith Hileman

Keith Hileman is a Meta PerformanceTM Coach, Pastor/Theologian, and Director of Operations
for Threaded and ThreadedCLE outpost. With theological education (Dallas Theological
Seminary) and engineering process development experience, Keith specializes in church
health, organizational clarity, and culture development. He coaches pastors, leaders, teams, and
nonprofit organizations through breakthrough growth and culture change. Keith has served local
churches as a pastor for 30 years in Dallas and Cleveland, mentored seminary students and
church planters, and trained pastors across East Africa with ALARM. CQ certified facilitator with
Threaded and consultant on church organizational clarity with RunFree.co. Currently
Pastor/Theologian in Residence at Bridge City Church (ECO Presbyterian), a multi-ethnic
Cleveland church plant.
