BIO: Mekdes Haddis is a leading missiological voice reimagining global missions through a justice-oriented, Christ-centered lens. Born in Ethiopia and now based in the U.S., she brings a uniquely global perspective, calling the Church to humility, equity, and reciprocal discipleship. Author of A Just Mission: Laying Down Power and Embracing Mutuality, she offers a compelling vision for authentic Western–Majority World partnerships. As founder of the Mutuality Lab and Director of the Racial Justice and Reconciliation Collaborative at the NAE, she equips leaders for lasting impact.
