Obe Arellano

Obe is the founder and CEO of Exponential Español, a movement dedicated to accelerating church multiplication and equipping Latino leaders across the Spanish-speaking world. With more than 20 years of experience in church planting throughout North America and Latin America, Obe has become a recognized voice in the global church multiplication movement.

Throughout his ministry, Obe has planted and helped plant numerous churches, and has trained hundreds of leaders to do the same. He is deeply committed to developing healthy, reproducing churches marked by vibrant leadership cultures, clear vision for multiplication, and strategic systems that lead to long-term impact. His coaching and mentorship have empowered pastors across the continent to dream bigger, lead better, and multiply more effectively.

A visionary at heart, Obe believes the future of the church in Latin America is rooted in movements—not just ministries—and he is committed to catalyzing a legacy of multiplication that reaches every city, every generation, and every corner of North, Central, and South America.

Obe currently resides in Mexico City with his wife of 18 years, Jacqueline, who serves alongside him in ministry. Together, they live out their calling with passion and purpose, believing that greater things are yet to come.
