Rachelle Ditmore

Rachelle Ditmore began her journey in 1994 as an inner-city missionary in Los Angeles. It was the gold she found, the treasure she saw, and the sweet fragrance of Jesus tucked away in alleys that has kept her on a steady trajectory since that time to see the the prophetic declaration of Isaiah 61 lived out. She has planted herself, along with her husband Loren, in Oak Park for the past 25 years, where God birthed City of Refuge Sacramento. Through a neighborhood community center, homes they have restored where they have housed over 650 women and children in the last 15 years. Whether through sports, children’s programs, school partnerships or counseling services City of Refuge serves as a front porch, and all are welcome here.
