Carol Gray
Carol Mueller Gray is a master’s level social worker living in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Carol and her husband Amos founded a non-profit organization for the youth of Hot Springs called High Impact Movement, Inc. Carol actively co-chairs the Unity Coalition of Garland County. She also serves as a faculty member at National Park College, teaching Sociology, Cultural Diversity, and Social Work. She serves as a mentor for Social Work students at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Carol is trained in CQ® (Cultural Intelligence) and contracts with organizations around the country, providing insight and direction for change in a culturally diverse world. Carol and Amos have five children and four grandchildren.
