Dorian Botsis

Rev. Dr. Dorian Botsis is the Executive Pastor at Faith Community Church in Hopkinton, MA
a 300-year old church. Raised in Apartheid South Africa, he survived a church terrorist attack and lived through the transition to a new South Africa. Dorian’s lived experience lends credibility and insight to his passion for reconciliation, forgiveness, and dealing with oppression.

Dorian earned his doctorate with an emphasis on emerging trends in organization and personal leadership development based on biblical principles. He is committed to coaching leaders and teams to passion and productivity as a Leadership Coach with The 4Sight Group, a leader in organizational culture and coaching.
